Coca-Cola HBC AG (Hellenic Bottling Company) is one of the world’s largest Coca-Cola bottlers, operating across 29 countries in Europe and Africa and serving more than 715 million consumers annually.

To support its large-scale operations, Coca-Cola HBC relies on a complex ecosystem of enterprise systems spanning ERP, CRM, eCommerce, HR, manufacturing, and logistics. Over time, however, the integration layer connecting these systems became increasingly difficult to maintain and scale.

The Challenge: Modernizing a Complex Integration Landscape

Coca-Cola HBC was using a legacy on-premise integration platform (SAP PI/PO) to manage data exchange across its enterprise landscape, including:

  • SAP S/4HANA (ERP)
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)

More than 300 interfaces had been built over time using multiple protocols such as IDoc, SFTP, SOAP, RFC, HTTP, and MDM. As business needs evolved, this environment became harder to adapt, maintain, and extend.

Migration of 300+ Interfaces
