Job (Project) Description

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B software sales, ideally in CRM or enterprise software;
  • Hunter mentality—self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and persistent in pursuing new business opportunities;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; (French, German, Italian or Spanish is a plus.);
  • Experience selling to organizations in CPG, pharmaceutical, or consumer health industries;
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, demos, and key industry events.

Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Prospect, qualify, and close new clients within target verticals, consistently expanding our customer base;
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events;
  • Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends, positioning our solutions to stand out;
  • Solution Selling: Deliver compelling product demos and craft tailored value propositions to address each client’s unique business challenges;
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to optimize messaging, campaigns, and materials to resonate with key industry audiences;
  • Strategic Impact: Contribute insights to product and business strategy based on client feedback and market dynamics;
  • Proposal Preparation: Work closely with Product Management and Delivery teams to craft compelling proposals.
