Portfolio Director
We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Director to lead and grow our portfolio of accounts and projects. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, drive business growth, optimize delivery, and ensure client satisfaction across the portfolio. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, financial acumen, and strong relationship management skills.

Proven experience in portfolio or program management, with responsibility for multiple accounts/projects;
Strong business development and client relationship skills;

Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Portfolio Management
Develop and execute the strategy for the Portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and industry and technology trends;
Oversee multiple accounts and projects within the Portfolio, ensuring profitability through revenue growth and resource and delivery optimization;
2. Business Growth
Define and drive annual revenue targets for portfolio-related accounts, projects, and opportunities;
Build and continuously strengthen high-level customer relationships—both strategically and on a personal level—to enable long-term collaboration and deeper engagement;
Proactively work with the Sales and Account Management teams to facilitate business growth, including net new names, in alignment with the existing Portfolio strategy;
Collaborate with Practices and the CTO office to expand market presence, including vendor engagement;
Drive the process of identifying new opportunities, including up-sells and cross-sells, and converting them into tangible business deals;
Contribute in Customer QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), setting strategic priorities and growth initiatives;
Identify successful projects where the organization excels, and consistently replicate these successes within established technologies, key clients, and industries to drive solution sales, enhance efficiency, and foster business growth;
Actively participate in pre-sales activities in cooperation with Practices to optimize pricing and maximize margins for potential deals;
3. Portfolio & Delivery Leadership
Provide strategic leadership, ensure full accountability for portfolio performance, and serve as the ultimate escalation point for all portfolio-related matters;
Establish and lead a portfolio team structure that fully meets customer requirements, balancing cost efficiency with stability to ensure scalability and customer satisfaction; Hold full accountability for team performance and outcomes;
Drive delivery excellence, maintaining high quality, efficiency, and financial planning;
Serve as a key decision-maker for project prioritization, ensuring efficient resource allocation;
Align with account managers and delivery leaders to enhance customer satisfaction, project success, and solution adoption;
Oversee risk management, ensuring smooth project execution and escalating major risks/issues as needed;
Foster a high-performance culture grounded in business understanding and a strong focus on delivering real value for both the customer and the company—ensuring the entire team embraces and consistently applies this mindset;
4. Financial & Performance Management
Own portfolio revenue and labor margin, ensuring sustainable financial success;
Develop and implement strategies for price optimization and margin maximization;
Measure and report key portfolio KPIs, including:
Revenue per portfolio;
Labor margin per portfolio;
Customer satisfaction (NPS);
Provide regular financial and operational insights to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement;
Set and implement OKRs to drive business growth and development, ensuring alignment with company strategic objectives and measurable outcomes;
5. Client & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders;
Handle escalations effectively, resolving them in a way that benefits both the customer and the organization;
Drive engagement strategies to maintain and expand partnerships;
6. Risk Management & Governance
Proactively identify and mitigate portfolio-level risks related to delivery, finances, and client relationships;
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, contracts, and industry regulations;
7. Industry Leadership
Maintain and continuously deepen knowledge of industry trends, best practices, competitors, and regulatory changes to stay ahead and drive informed decisions within the Portfolio;
Ensure best-in-class industry solutions through collaboration with practices, sales, and technical teams;
Collaborate with other Portfolios to share best practices, mitigate risks, and drive company-wide synergies;
