The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in digital marketing, particularly within tech or service industries, and have a proven track record of managing Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and aligning marketing efforts with business development goals. You will lead campaigns across paid media, email, SEO, and social media, delivering measurable impact on brand growth, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration.
This role requires strategic thinking, executional strength, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to drive integrated campaigns and optimize every stage of the marketing funnel. A passion for data, storytelling, and building high-performing teams is key.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field;
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role;
- Proven experience managing SDRs or business development teams;
- Strong command of English (Advanced level);
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEO tools (SEMRush, SimilarWeb), Clarity, Hotjar, Power BI, and social media management tools;
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to create measurable funnels and performance reports;
- Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills;
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-energy, agile environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels;
- Manage and align the efforts of the SDR team with the overall marketing strategy;
- Own and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and remarketing platforms;
- Leverage tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms to track and improve performance;
- Develop targeted content and strategies for each stage of the funnel;
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure message alignment and campaign effectiveness;
- Produce data-driven reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders using tools like Power BI;
- Oversee social media content and community engagement.
