Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, fluently in English;
- Prior experience of working with Pharma company or understanding of Pharmacovigilance is required;
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, business analysis, or related roles;
- Proven experience in supporting and implementing Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration;
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs;
- Experience with Salesforce DX and modern DevOps practices;
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits;
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements;
- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations with external systems;
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs;
- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce configurations and customizations;
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft);
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards and security best practices;
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and evaluate the applicability of new features to ongoing projects;
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions;
- Provide guidance and recommendations on technical decisions and best practices;
- Promote adopting standard solutions and best practices to optimize Salesforce usage and efficiency.
