Job Description

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of total previous experience in project management within the software development / IT industry;
• Proven experience in managing IT delivery projects with international clients and cross-border / cross-cultural project teams;
• Strong understanding of project management practices, including: schedule, budget, scope, change management, as well as communication, risk, and stakeholder management;
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum;
• Developed ability to comprehend the client's business on a high level, as well as the technology landscape and the value brought by the project under his/her leadership;
• Hands-on experience with modern Agile project management tools;
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• A proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and efficiency in project delivery, with the ability to propose solutions to the customer;
• Mindset on identification and provision of gaps or points for upselling and cross-selling;
• Fluent English (C1 level) for professional communication.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with the Salesforce platform and its implementation process;
• Experience with mobile app products and client rollouts;
• Experience with the implementation of integrations;
• Understanding of cloud computing platforms and services;
• A strive for automating routine or repetitive tasks using AI;
• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO certification is a plus;
• Feedback and recommendations from previous workplaces or customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of implementations and integrations facing our client and their teams;
  • Cooperate closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to create and fulfil comprehensive project plans, including budget, scope, staffing, phasing, risks, stakeholder analysis, and lines of communication;
  • Facilitate ceremonies or meetings / calls required by the delivery methodology (e.g., Scrum ceremonies);
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to the steering committee / client's stakeholders;
  • Clarify, negotiate, and implement project and / or delivery plan changes based on steering inputs, management decisions, delivery team, and / or other stakeholder inputs;
  • Keep track of the project budget, ensuring the best possible utilization of the project's resources;
  • Follow the guidance of the company's PMO guidelines, fulfilling "green" delivery and striving for customer satisfaction;
  • Possibility of facing the client in person during business trips to the EU.
