Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP MM and SD modules, preferably in production or retail environments;
- Proven track record of at least two full-cycle SAP ERP implementations;
- Experience working on international projects, including mergers, spin-offs, and rollouts using existing Global Templates;
- SAP S/4HANA experience is a strong advantage;
- Experience with integration between SAP modules and external systems;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field;
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and tailor SAP ERP functionality to meet organizational goals;
- Act as a single point of contact for all SAP MM-SD-related matters, maintaining strong relationships with key users;
- Configure, test, implement, and support SAP ERP systems (primarily ECC, transitioning to S/4HANA) in collaboration with other teams;
- Participate in all project lifecycle stages — from requirements gathering and design to testing, user acceptance, and go-live support;
- Ensure seamless data exchange between SAP ERP and external WMS systems using Middleware;
- Prepare and maintain project documentation according to internal standards and templates;
- Understand MM (primarily) and SD (secondarily) functionality to optimize SAP ERP usage, prepare requirement specifications, and, when necessary, build prototypes for user validation.
