Job (Project) Description    

This role is ideal for a professional with strong regional market knowledge, a solid track record in enterprise SaaS/PaaS sales, and the ability to manage full-cycle deals.

Requirements:

Regional Expertise:

  • In-depth understanding of the business environment and corporate ecosystems in Central Asia and the South Caucasus;
  • A well-developed network of corporate contacts in the region is a strong advantage.

Experience & Knowledge:

  • 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience in cloud enterprise solutions (SaaS / PaaS);
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft (Azure, Dynamics), Oracle, Creatio, 1C:ERP, or similar enterprise solutions;
  • Solid understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and extended decision-making processes;
  • Previous experience working for IT integrators, consulting firms, or software vendors is highly desirable;
  • Experience participating in tenders, pilot programs, and pre-sales engagements is a plus.

Key Competencies and Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills — ability to confidently engage with both business stakeholders and technical decision-makers, including C-level executives;
  • High level of autonomy and accountability — strong organizational skills and a structured, results-driven approach;
  • Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills — able to clearly articulate value propositions and successfully close complex deals.

Language Skills:

  • Good English communication skills (knowledge of Armenian or Georgian is a plus).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow business across Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, and other regional markets;
  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients, expanding our customer portfolio;
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and needs assessment to contract negotiation and closure;
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key decision-makers;
  • Participate in tenders, pilot projects, and pre-sales activities;
  • Collaborate closely with internal product, technical, and marketing teams to develop tailored client solutions.
