Regional Vice President, Sales – Eastern Europe & Central Asia
We’re expanding across Eastern Europe and Central Asia and looking for a high-impact sales leader to accelerate the growth of our Salesforce ecosystem solutions.

Job (Project) Description
In this strategic role, you’ll partner with enterprise clients across Finance, FinTech, Telco, and Gaming to shape their digital transformation journeys — from CRM and AI to Data Cloud and beyond.
This position is ideal for a results-driven professional who combines strategic vision with strong execution, is comfortable engaging with C-level executives, and thrives in dynamic, multi-market environments.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of successful enterprise B2B sales experience in SaaS / PaaS / Cloud solutions (Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, or similar);
- Proven ability to lead regional or multi-country sales operations across Eastern Europe and Central Asia;
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, AI Agents, and Data Cloud (Tableau and MuleSoft are a plus);
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, including CRM, AI, Data Cloud, and integration platforms;
- Solid background in strategic account management, C-level engagement, value-based selling, and leading complex enterprise deals;
- Experience in IT consulting, system integration, or enterprise software vendors is highly desirable.

Language & Regional Knowledge
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional regional languages are welcome;
- Deep understanding of business culture, regulatory landscape, and enterprise ecosystems in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive business development and revenue growth across Eastern Europe and Central Asia, focusing on Salesforce-based digital transformation projects;
- Build and manage trusted relationships with senior executives;
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales — from discovery and value mapping to proposal, negotiation, and closure;
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Delivery, Marketing) to design and position tailored client solutions;
- Represent the company at regional events, conferences, and through strategic partnerships, promoting our brand and thought leadership.
