
Job (Project) Description
We are seeking a BI Consultant to join our team and cooperate with clients on exciting global projects. The role involves working on a cutting-edge solution for a leading healthcare company, consolidating regional CRM systems into a single, efficient global platform. This initiative supports over 20,000 sales and support professionals, optimizing data management, enhancing system performance, and streamlining operations through advanced technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field;
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Reporting and Dashboards development;
- 2+ years of Reporting and Analytics using Power BI;
- Excellent knowledge of M Query, DAX, Data Modelling, RLS;
- Understanding of Data Warehouse, Data Lake and ETL concepts;
- Mastery of SQL;
- Experience with data warehouse, data lake, and enterprise big data platforms.

- Ability to work in a global multinational company;
- Good communication skills and persuasiveness;
- Ability to lead conversations with both technical and business representatives;
- Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of an international project team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prototype, design, develop, and publish Power BI Reports;
- Develop Power BI Data models and recommend best practices for report creation and visualizations;
- Translate business needs into technical specifications;
- Cooperate with Business Analysts to gather business requirements for Analytics and Reporting;
- Cooperate with Data Engineering team to create Data marts design;
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and tune report performance;
- Implement security in reports and dashboards;
- Build and modify tables, views and optimize SQL queries, indexes as needed;
- Implement security on developed Dashboards in accordance with security and access requirements;
- Create technical documentation for the BI Solution.
