Job (Project) Description

Customertimes is a global digital engineering, product development, and technology consulting company. Headquartered in New York, we have a team of 1300+ experts and offices in 12 countries.  

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Operations Coordinator to support contractor sourcing and allocation processes, maintain marketing CV databases, and coordinate with both internal teams and external candidates.

No prior experience in this role? No problem! If you have strong English, great communication skills, and confidence with MS Office — we’ll teach you the rest.

Requirements:

  • Advanced level of English is a must;
  • High attention to detail, proactive attitude;
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office toolset;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Experience with marketing materials, IT incubators, IT project management, marketing or finance in an IT company, as well as CRM systems and Jira, will be an advantage.

  • High attention to detail (due to working with large numbers).

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a database of the company’s contractor’s marketing CVs;  
  • Work with Engineering Managers, the Sales team, and Global Talent Operations to allocate contractors to projects;
  • Communicate with external candidates and company contractors via personal Telegram, Viber, LinkedIn to verify necessary information;
  • Assist in the preparation of company sales presentations;  
  • Report on resourcing status;  
  • Check fact hours and real spent hours within the corresponding department;  
  • Prepare overtime reports for Engineering Heads and others upon request;  
  • Any other resourcing-related activities on demand.
