Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field;

• 5+ years of Reporting and Analytics using Tableau;

• Excellent knowledge of functions, data modelling, RLS, and parameters;

• Ability to optimize dashboard performance (e.g., minimizing load time, query tuning, extract scheduling);

• Understanding of Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and ETL concepts;

• Mastery of SQL;
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Power BI;

• Experience in the CPG industry;

• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written);

• Ability to work with colleagues from around the world;

• Ability to lead conversations with both technical and business representatives;

• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of an international project team.

Responsibilities:

• Prototype, design, develop and publish Tableau Cloud reports;

• Develop Tableau data models and recommend best practices for report creation and visualizations;

• Translate business needs to technical specifications;

• Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather business requirements for analytics and reporting;

• Collaborate with Data Engineering team to create data marts design;

• Troubleshoot reporting issues and tune report performance;

• Build and modify tables and views; optimize SQL queries and indexes as needed;

• Implement security on developed dashboards in accordance with security and access requirements;

• Create technical documentation for the BI Solution.
