Project Description

Requirements:

  • Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM);
  • Hands-on experience with SPIFF, including the ability to configure and manage SPIFF solutions effectively;
  • Level 1 and Level 2 SPIFF University certifications (or equivalent demonstrated expertise);
  • Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills for client interactions and documentation;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a consultative role, engaging with clients and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a consultant on SPIFF projects, guiding clients through the entire implementation process;
  • Conduct discovery sessions to assess business needs, gather requirements, and align solutions with client expectations;
  • Develop and document Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) to ensure clarity and alignment on project deliverables;
  • Design and configure SPIFF logic, ensuring it meets business objectives and technical specifications;
  • Provide client support during User Acceptance Testing (UATs), addressing any issues and ensuring smooth implementation;
  • Offer hypercare support post-implementation, assisting clients with troubleshooting and optimization.
