Requirements

Master’s Degree in Statistics, Financial Economics, Applied and Computational Mathematics, or Quantitative Economics; 120 months’ experience in sales of IT services, including data/AI/ML products and services, and relationship building with multi-billion dollar companies. Must have: (1) expertise in SAP, Salesforce, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, and Azure; (2) deep industry experience in the areas of Life Sciences; (3) ability to explain complex technical concepts (e.g., data pipelines, AI models) to non-technical stakeholders; and (4) ability to take an analytical approach to build go to market strategy. Extensive domestic and international travel required to meet clients and attend trade events (will travel 75%+ domestically and internationally 1-2 times per month trans-Atlantic to meet clients and attend trade events. Must be able to speak Ukrainian.

Responsibilities

(1) identify and engage prospects in Healthcare, Pharma, and Life Sciences industries to sell IT services (e.g., Salesforce, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS/Azure solutions); (2) manage and grow the business with existing accounts; (3) introduce Customertimes to your business network; (4) generate new business for Customertimes by selling IT services to the companies you have close relationships with; (5) build and lead a mid and long-term market strategy; (6) develop long-term C-level relationships to drive revenue; (7) translate business vision into a short and long-term strategies, backed by tactical actions to deliver business outcomes; (8) land and expand within net new accounts managing these accounts by ensuring existing high NPS and customers satisfaction; (9) meet and exceed annual sales quota; (10) communicate the Customertimes value proposition through proposals and presentations; (11) share information with Customertimes leadership regarding business challenges our customers face and industry trends that may impact our business; (12) contribute to the sales pipeline with detailed information regarding the number of potential and qualified prospects/opportunities, along with their status and next steps; (13) attend clients meetings and trade events; (14) conduct technical demonstrations of Python-based data projects, cloud platforms, and AI/ML tools tailored to client needs; (15) negotiate contracts for multi-million-dollar projects, emphasizing ROI and technical feasibility; (16) provide post-sale technical support, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure client success; and (17) collaborate with non-English-speaking teams (e.g., Ukrainian sales reps) to align on client strategies.
