Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP EHS consultant, with project exposure to:

• Product Safety and Specification Management;

• Dangerous Goods Compliance;

• Substance Volume Tracking (SVT);

• SDS automation; 

• Strong experience integrating SAP EHS with Material Master and BOM structures (CS01/CS03, MM03); 

• Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks such as REACH, GHS, and SVHC is an advantage; 

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or ECC EHS components; 

• Knowledge of inheritance and roll-up logic in SAP EHS; 

• Ability to lead business and technical workshops independently; 

• SAP EHS certification is an advantage; 

• Experience working with Israeli or EU regulatory environments is desirable;    

• At least an Upper-intermediate level of English (both written and spoken); 

• Hebrew is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and configuration of SAP EHS modules, including:
  ‍
  Specification Management (CG02)
  Product Safety and Stewardship
  Dangerous Goods Management (EHS-DGP)
  SDS generation and distribution (EHS-SAF)
  Substance Volume Tracking (SVT);

• Design and implement functional linkage between BOM components and EHS specifications using tables like ESTMJ/ESTVA; 

• Enable inheritance logic for property roll-up from component to assembly level to support preemptive compliance checks; 

• Define and implement processes for evaluating BOM-level compliance (e.g., for SVHC, DG, REACH thresholds); 

• Develop reporting and alert mechanisms for SVT, ensuring proactive regulatory compliance; 

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align SAP EHS design accordingly; 

• Conduct functional testing, user training, and provide ongoing support; 

• Work closely with SAP MM, PP, and PLM teams to ensure smooth integration; 

• Prepare project documentation, solution design specifications, and user manuals.
