Senior Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager who will oversee the full lifecycle of CRM and CX solution delivery across multiple divisions. This role requires strong leadership in change management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive complex programs with clarity and structure.

Requirements:
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of project/program management in the CRM area or 3+ years in Salesforce transformations (multi-instance unified architecture);
- Experience in industrial environments (manufacturing experience is a solid advantage);
- Proven success leading global teams across time zones and business units;
- Strong grounding in change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR);
- English communication skills (Full Business Proficiency).

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CX solutions (CRM, CPQ, Marketing Automation, etc.), consolidation, and business process harmonization across multiple divisions and solutions;
- Drive execution across discovery, design, build, and deployment phases, ensuring minimal disruption to operations;
- Act as a Change Management Owner, creating stakeholder alignment, adoption strategies, and a communication framework: Migration from on-premise CX solution to CX cloud, and from one CX solution to another;
- Transform processes during the migration/ transition delivery;
- Own RAID log, risk mitigation, and dependency tracking across global teams;
- Lead governance: chair program steering committees, phase gate reviews, and status communication;
- Partner with enterprise architects, product owners, and technical leads to ensure roadmap viability and system alignment.
