Senior Project Manager
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of a high-priority, global enterprise data and business intelligence transformation program for a major pharmaceutical client.

Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to act as the captain of a complex multi-regional data transformation initiative. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of a multi-phase project focused on Enterprise Data Model, Master Data, and BI Dashboards, working closely with global business and IT stakeholders.
You will lead governance processes, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment across regions and platforms. This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong communication skills and hands-on delivery experience in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments. Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management roles, specifically with large-scale data or BI projects;
- Hands-on knowledge of data platforms: ETL, Data Warehouse (DWH), Data Lakes, Master Data Management (MDM), and semantic layers;
- Solid understanding of enterprise data architecture and data governance principles;
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders across regions;
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills;
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full project lifecycle delivery of a multi-phase data transformation program, including Enterprise Data Model, Master Data, and BI Dashboards;
- Align and engage stakeholders across business and IT, both globally and regionally;
- Drive governance and maintain key project artifacts: Charter, Roadmap, Functional and Technical Specifications (FRS, TDD), Risk Register, Status Reports;
- Coordinate technical and business teams, managing backlog, timelines, scope, and dependencies;
- Ensure transparency and alignment with stakeholders through effective communication;
- Deliver projects within a hybrid Agile and Waterfall framework, maintaining structure and accountability.
