
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Content Manager who thrives on challenges and views them as opportunities. This individual will own all content initiatives across multiple platforms, championing the Customertimes brand.
The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of our customers and produce engaging, relevant content—including blogs, white papers, web pages, high-converting landing pages, newsletters, and podcasts—to improve customer engagement, build awareness, and drive sales. This role will also assist with SDR messaging and collaborate with our LLM Architect to automate high-performing content production. Additionally, the Content Manager will own our social media presence to increase our follower base and develop content for every stage of the funnel across various channels.
As part of the Marketing team, this role requires collaboration with other marketing and business development team members to execute customer acquisition campaigns that drive business growth.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Journalism, Marketing, or related field, or relevant professional experience;
- 4+ years of experience writing copy for complex B2B services/solutions;
- Proven ability to create content for the web and grow a social audience;
- Strong grammar and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling marketing assets;
- Experience with SEO-focused writing and content strategies;
- Ability to create detailed reports and track content performance against KPIs;
- Excellent editing, interviewing, and research skills;
- Experience with WordPress, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and major social media platforms;
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven content decisions;
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment;
- Focus on delivering results in the form of content consumption, engagement, leads, and sales.

Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy and Awareness: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness and engagement;
- Content Production and Monitoring: Take full responsibility for producing high-quality content and tracking its performance to ensure engagement and reach;
- Editorial Calendar Management: Organize and implement a content editorial calendar to support integrated multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with the Digital Campaign Manager;
- Editor-in-Chief Duties: Ensure quality, clarity, and consistency across all content platforms;
- Cross-Platform Copywriting: Develop and write content for customer communications, including email campaigns, social media, website content, marketing materials, and B2B communications;
- Content Creation: Produce diverse content such as product presentations, whitepapers, blogs, bylines, eBooks, and other materials with SEO, brand awareness, and demand generation strategies in mind;
- Promotional Collaboration: Partner with brand, product, and sales managers to create promotional concepts and campaigns;
- Communications and PR Management: Assist with marketing, public relations, and promotional activities to support brand strategy;
- Sales Enablement Support: Contribute to the creation and editing of sales enablement materials to empower the sales team;
- Social Media Management: Create and manage social media content across brand platforms to increase follower base and engagement;
- SEO Optimization: Collaborate with product marketing and creative services teams to develop SEO-optimized web content supporting conversion rate optimization;
- Performance Measurement: Regularly assess and optimize content strategies to improve key performance indicators;
- Creative Resource Management: Manage creative resources, including designers and agency personnel, to ensure content quality and timely delivery;
- Executive Reporting: Prepare executive presentations on program approaches and results on a quarterly basis;
- Data Analysis and Improvement: Collect, monitor, and analyze social and website metrics, making data-driven improvements accordingly;
- Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and adjust content strategy as needed to maintain competitiveness;
- Content Automation Collaboration: Work with the LLM Architect to automate high-performing content production;
- Strategic Funnel Development: Develop content strategies tailored to every stage of the sales funnel across various channels;
- Campaign Execution Partnership: Work with marketing and business development teams to execute customer acquisition campaigns that drive growth.
