Senior Configurator Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Senior Configurator Analyst to lead complex Salesforce configuration projects, working closely with clients to gather requirements and design tailored solutions across Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will develop user stories, configure advanced functionality, collaborate with development teams, and ensure solution alignment with business needs.

Requirements:
- Proven ability to leverage analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment with 5+ years of experience;
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies;
- Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead client meetings;
- Advanced experience in documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams;
- Expert ability to effectively prepare and maintain the following key documents/tools to meet project needs:
- BRD, FRS, SRS;
- Traceability Matrix;
- Stakeholder Matrix;
- Business Processes in BPMN notation;
- Backlog Management;
- User Story/Use Case;
- Elicitation techniques: Workshop, Interview, Document Analysis, Interface Analysis;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio;
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple complex tasks within a collaborative team environment;
- Flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done;
- Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets;
- Deep Experience Cloud knowledge is required;
- Strong Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience is required;
- Experience with Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Analytics Cloud will be an advantage;
- Advanced English skills.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements for complex Salesforce configuration projects;
- Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for clients;
- Work collaboratively with team members to design advanced solutions that meet clients' business requirements and fulfill user stories;
- Lead the configuration for complex user stories within Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologies;
- Configure Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud as part of solution development according to business requirements;
- Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions meet business requirements;
- Ensure completion of all project-related artifacts, including functional specifications, technical specifications, use cases, and test plans;
- Lead key meetings with clients including requirements sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training;
- Engage with customers on additional requirements and business needs;
- Create/enhance new and existing user stories, high-level business requirements, detailed functional requirements, and associated process flows;
- Lead scoping and planning efforts for complex projects;
- Mentor Junior Configurator Analysts and provide technical guidance.
