You’ll play a pivotal role in architecting Salesforce solutions that optimize retail execution and route-to-market strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience (configuration, development, integration;
- 2+ years as a Salesforce Architect with proven experience designing multi-cloud solutions;
- Non-negotiable: Demonstrated expertise in Retail Execution solutions, CG Cloud is a must(e.g., field force enablement, survey tools, in-store execution, CPQ for promotions);
- Architecture Skills:
- Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, Administrator, Architect track preferred);
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, integration (REST/SOAP), and DevOps (CI/CD);
- Experience with data modeling, security frameworks, and release management;
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the Consumer Goods, Beverage, or Alcohol industries (regulatory knowledge is a plus);
- Familiarity with Salesforce Field Service, CPQ, or Vlocity/Industries CPQ;
- Knowledge of integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) and analytics (Tableau CRM);
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives, focusing on Retail Execution, Field Service Management, and Trade Promotion Management;
- Lead technical discovery sessions to translate complex business requirements (e.g., in-store execution, merchandising, survey tools) into scalable Salesforce architectures;
- Govern development standards, integration patterns (APIs, middleware), and data models for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to ensure solutions adhere to best practices and industry regulations;
- Conduct solution reviews, performance optimization, and security assessments;
- Mentor junior team members and drive Salesforce adoption across field teams.
