Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant/BA for our Support team on the client’s site in Frankfurt.  

Customertimes is a global digital engineering, product development, and technology consulting company. Headquartered in New York, we have a team of 1300+ experts and offices in 12 countries.  

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams fluently in both German and English;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, business analysis, or related roles;
  • Proven experience in supporting and implementing Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration;
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model;
  • Ability to make informed technical decisions and recommendations based on business requirements and best practices;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer experiences.

Nice to Have:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, presentations, and demos to showcase Salesforce solutions;
  • Experience working with Pharma and/or CPG industries;
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and strategic recommendations on Salesforce solutions and best practices;
  • Be prepared to work onsite in the customer's office 2-3 days a week or bi-weekly, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication and collaboration;
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Project Managers, and Quality Assurance Analysts, to ensure successful project delivery;
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and demos to showcase Salesforce capabilities and solutions to clients;
  • Design and implement improvements in Salesforce solutions in collaboration with the development team;
  • Be a part of the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, development, and integration;
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on technical decisions and best practices;
  • Promote the adoption of standard solutions and best practices to optimize Salesforce usage and efficiency;
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.
