Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field;

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion suite (HFM, Planning, Essbase, Financial Reporting, etc.);

• Proven experience in at least two full-cycle Oracle Hyperion implementations;

• Strong understanding of financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes;

• Experience in integrating Oracle Hyperion Data with third-party systems;

• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions;

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

• Experience in identifying gaps, performance bottlenecks, or misconfigurations in existing Oracle Hyperion setups;

• At least an Upper-intermediate level of English (both written and spoken); 

• Ability to work in a global company and culturally varied workplace;

• Strong communication skills and persuasive abilities;

• Ability to lead conversations with both technical and business representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Oracle Hyperion Expert on the project, advising internal and client teams on architecture, capabilities, and best practices;

• Collaborate with Data Engineers to support the seamless integration of Oracle Hyperion data into Databricks;

• Utilize knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, and consolidation processes to assist with implementing the Lakehouse solution based on Databricks;

• Analyze current Oracle Hyperion applications and implementations to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization;

• Work with the client's executive and financial leadership teams to gather and analyze business requirements;

• Provide functional and technical leadership in areas such as:

- Hyperion Planning and Budgeting

- Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)

- Financial Reporting Studio

- Essbase;

• Help define data mapping and transformation logic from Oracle Hyperion structures to the target Lakehouse platform;

• Document and communicate data flow, integration logic, and usage scenarios;

• Support UAT and validate the financial data integrated into Databricks for accuracy and completeness.
