Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of digital commerce solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate has deep experience with D365 Commerce (formerly Dynamics Retail) and a solid understanding of modern eCommerce architectures, including headless and composable commerce models.

You will work with an innovative education platform designed to revolutionize learning through immersive digital environments. Developed initially with a prominent tech provider, it leverages state-of-the-art virtual reality technology and cloud computing to offer scalable solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including at least 2 years focused on Dynamics 365 Commerce or Dynamics AX for Retail;
  • Proven track record of leading successful eCommerce or omnichannel implementations;
  • Strong understanding of Commerce Scale Unit (CSU), POS, order fulfillment, inventory, and pricing engines;
  • Experience with Commerce SDK, Retail Server APIs, or building custom storefronts / headless solutions is a strong plus;
  • Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure services, and integration patterns (REST, OData, etc.);
  • Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills;
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions, including scoping, requirements gathering, configuration, and deployment;
  • Advise clients on best practices in omnichannel commerce, including online storefronts, POS, order management, inventory visibility, and loyalty programs;
  • Design solutions using Commerce Scale Units, Retail APIs, and Commerce SDK, enabling seamless integrations with other Microsoft and third-party systems;
  • Support custom storefront implementations (including headless commerce) using Commerce APIs and third-party CMS or frontend frameworks;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and business analysts to deliver scalable solutions;
  • Provide post-go-live support and optimization guidance to ensure the long-term success of the solution;
  • Lead client workshops and stakeholder communications and prepare key documentation such as functional specs and training materials.
