Job Description

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing and executing IoT projects from concept to implementation;
  • Skills in planning and coordinating detailed designs on-site, overseeing testing of various IoT systems;
  • Ability to provide expert guidance on smart building technologies;
  • Experience in defining the scope of work for smart real estate retrofitting;
  • Skills in technology scouting and supporting detailed planning and implementation during construction.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in IoT platforms and technologies;
  • Experience with data analysis and smart data management;
  • Ability to conceptualize and understand integrating various smart technologies and systems within existing building infrastructure.

Educational Background and Experience:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in IoT projects, particularly in the real estate sector;
  • Familiarity with smart building technologies and digitalization trends;
  • WiredScore & SmartScore Accredited Professional (Nice to have).

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage and execute IoT projects from concept to implementation. Develop comprehensive technology concepts, including use cases, scope of work, and stakeholder requirements. Plan and coordinate detailed designs on-site, overseeing testing of various IoT systems;
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in IoT platforms and technologies. Conceptualize and integrate various smart technologies and systems within existing building infrastructure (HVAC, BMS, etc.). Experience with data analysis and smart data management beyond BMS/BOS;
  • Consultation and Collaboration: Provide expert guidance on smart building technologies. Define the scope of work for smart real estate retrofitting. Support detailed planning and implementation during construction. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including facility managers, tenants, and service providers;
  • Communication and Documentation: Document processes, create reports, and present findings effectively. Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
