Job Description
Development and cloud migration for a software platform designed to support medical affairs in business transformation, operational excellence, and connectivity. The platform helps manage medical evidence generation, grant programs, and communication activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in Business Analysis or related field with data-driven projects;
- Methodology: experience in Agile and Waterfall environments;
- Technical Skills: familiarity with SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake;
- English Proficiency: at least C1 level in English;
- Analytical Skills: strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and system thinking abilities, ability to conduct requirement analysis systematically.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of FiveTran will be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Participating in requirements validation, including user testing sessions;
- Documenting requirements in a format of user stories/use cases/others;
- Supporting requirements validation, preparing information and presentations for stakeholders and team members to address questions regarding proposed product decisions;
- Differentiate high priority requests for each stakeholder type and prioritize requests within the project;
- System analysis and process flowcharting, strong with documentation and UAT execution;
- Keeping up to date product specifications for knowledge sharing between project team;
- Manage meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements;
- Monitoring and ensuring consistency across products/solutions;
- Assisting with communication between project teams, improving transparency, and radiating information;
- Proactively work with business lines identifying opportunities for enhancing operations through the application of technology.
