Customertimes is looking for a IT Services Sales/Business Development Manager
Job Description:
Customertimes seeks a committed and seasoned Sales/Business Development Manager proficient in IT services sales, account management, client relations, strategy, and business development, particularly within the Lifesciences, CPG, and Beverage sectors. The successful candidate has a proven track record of delivering outcomes that align with clients' priorities and driving business growth and profitability.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 6+ years of experience as an individual contributor building relationships with multi-billion companies and selling IT services;
- Extensive experience in IT services sales for pharmaceutical, CPG, or beverage clients, adept at navigating industry intricacies, building key relationships, and driving revenue growth;
- Proven experience in selling projects and services.
Skills:
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills;
- Excellent leadership and management skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Effective communication skills;
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Industry Knowledge:
- Knowledge of our services, including at least one of the following: Salesforce, SAP, Data, BI, AI, Digital engineering, eCommerce;
- Existing relationships with key customers and a deep understanding of their business needs and compelling events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling Custom Software Development, System Integration, and/or Digital Engineering Services (i.e., outstaffing);
- Experience selling Salesforce-related services.
Additional Requirements:
Million-Euro Mentality: No small deals unless they land with the potential to grow;
Revenue Generation: Ability to bring net new revenue to Customertimes within the first 6-9 months of employment;
Customer Relationships: Existing relationships with some customers, with a clear identification of key contacts and their compelling events.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Introduce Customertimes to your business network;
- Generate new business by selling IT services and projects;
- Build and lead a mid-/long-term strategy for the market.
Client Relations:
- Develop long-term C-level relationships to drive revenue;
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and IT requirements;
- Translate business vision into a short and long-term strategy, backed by tactical actions to deliver business outcomes;
- Land and expand within net new accounts, ensuring existing high NPS and customer satisfaction.
Sales and Strategy:
- Meet and exceed annual sales quota;
- Effectively communicate the Customertimes value proposition through proposals and presentations;
- Share information with leadership regarding business challenges faced by customers and industry trends which may impact our business;
- Contribute to the sales pipeline with detailed information regarding the number of potential and qualified prospects/opportunities, along with their status and next steps.
